Goofy's Sky School Review

We're here at Disneys California Adventure where we'll reveiwing Goofy's Sky School. It used to be known as Mullholland Madness, but was turned into Goofy's Sky School for California Adventure's big makeover. After getting in the seats and pulling down the lap bar, you go up the lifthill. Up, up, and up you go. Near the top, if you turnaround, you can get a nice shot of Goofy's Sky School in the switchbacks. Now this is true. If you look really closely, you can see Supreme Scream at Knotts Berry Farm. But before you can really see it, you're whipped around a turn and set into the switchbacks. The switchbacks are fun because those turns are just great. It really whips you. And on Goofy's Sky School, It can whip you due to the turns actually being flat. Then after going through the set of switchbacks, you are set off into a nice big turn that just pins you to the side the entire time. Then unfortunetly, there are some trim brakes before the big drop, but that's ok. Then you turnaround only to go through the rides biggest drop. While it's not a very big drop. It's still fun. Then you meet another set of trim brakes, Then you come through another turnaround, where you find a dissapointing part of the ride. After dipping back down, instead of going through a good bunny hop, you go up at a slow angle to reduce the forces. BOO!!! But oh well. By now, its pretty much over as we turn into the brake run. While I'm grateful that the turns in the switchback are flat, the ending really gets me. I just want it to have the extra hump that all the other Wild Mice have. If you're only staying at the Disneyland Resort for one day and already have the credit, I'd recommend skipping this ride.
