Bora Bora Boomerang Photos We're here at New Wild Rivers, where we'll be reveiwing their Half Pipe, Bora Bora Boomerang. It's good to finally have a Half Pipe in SoCal. And this is a fun one. I know people will call this one of the stars of New Wild Rivers since...it's one of the biggets slides here. But hey. This is a really fun ride. We hop in the family raft ride (Yeah. We get to be riding in these tubes). Get to know the people you're riding with, and you're off. We head around a turn. Everything's fine so far. Going down a helix. Gaining some speed. And then...BAM!!! Big drop! WEE!!! And now, we go straight into the half pipe. Go up the halfpipe wall. Only there's no swinging action. We then just fall down the halfpipe wall, go through a tiny little speedbump, and glide into the end. Not the best ride ever. But hey. Big drop and the half pipe action is really good.
