Sea World San Diego 2025

All right. Time for our Sea World San Diego update for 2025. We once again, got season passes for Sea World San Diego for 2025, since......they're necessary for Florida. And this time, that trip FINALLY HAPPENED!!! So for once, the purpose of buying the pass came through. Granted, I only managed to get one single visit to Sea World San Diego in 2025 (though the pass was still worth it for FINALLY using it in Florida). And......yeah. There was some issues getting the Season Pass, with over an hour on the phone dealing with dumb bullsh*t. Ugh. Looks like this is gonna be a short visit thanks to our time being cut by that. =(

And of course, first things first, have to stop by and visit our friends, the doctor fish to clean our skin. =)

This honestly would look so much better at night.

Before we get on with our usual fun rides, we should check out Sea World San Diego's newest addition for 2025. Jewels of the Sea.

Yeah. This is the parks new jellyfish exhibit.

Jellyfish may be one of the least interesting animals on the planet, but I'm not gonna lie. This is still a cool exhibit and they showed them off in a really cool way.

Hey! We may be boring mindless (literally. They genuinely don't have a brain) creatures with no conciousness, but we'll still f*ck you up!

Ooh! Very pretty Salvia flowers.

Gotta prep for riding Tigris this summer. ;)

Sorry Jason. But Journey to Atlantis is closed today.

All right. Moving onto Emperor.

Cool penguin facts to entertain/educate you while in line.

I know most enthusiasts have soured on B&M Dive Machines over the years, but Emperor still is a REALLY good ride.

Those inversions genuinely pack a punch and are quite forceful.

Moving on with Arctic Rescue.

Cool to learn. Too bad the Arctic is NOT one of my travel priorities.

Come on, Jason. You've ridden this before. And if you wanna get on so many of the fun coasters in Florida (Hagrids, Cosmic Rewind, Expedition Everest, TRON, etc.), then you're gonna have to do better on Arctic Rescue.

I wonder if the recent heat waves have just completely melted this ice wall. ;)

*Sigh* One of these days.

How many of these animals are threatened by climate change (that we're actively making worse)?

Time for some more animals in the Penguin Encounter.

Can any of you people tell us how to get to Antarctica?

Oh yeah. They also have puffins here as well.

I'm not someone who cares about dolls, but I do think its cool to see Sea World Trainer Barbie (or whoever this doll character is supposed to be).

Hopefully this popcorn tastes much better than the song its promoting sounds.

Clearly, the dolphins have gotten bored in the ocean as they have resorted to learning how to surf to entertain themselves.

And of course, we gotta hit up the final major coaster at Sea World San Diego.

Well, we've done all the coasters at Sea World San Diego. Time to check out what Sea World is most well known for. Killer Whales.

Message required for idiots who may be in the audienc.

Shamu getting his daily shower.

Something tells me Shamu is not happy right now, with him spitting at the audience (with my misanthropy at record-levels right now, I empathize, Shamu).

Hey! Those aren't killer whales! Something tells me we're not in the Orca Exhibit anymore! =P

OK. Only 20 more minutes til the park closes! Quick get back on Manta since that's so good!

Sure, we can stop and say Hi to the Sea Lions on our way out.

And with the park closing extra early, we decided to hang out at one of San Diego's beaches. This may have been a short visit, but thanks to the park being dead, it was still a productive visit with us getting on everything and seeing a good number of animals. While it's a shame that this was our only visit to Sea World San Diego this year, at least we had a fun visit. And the passes were still worth it since Florida finally happened.
